Michael Flaherty
Executive Director – ATS Sales-Force Multiplier
Michael is the founder and President of ATS Marketing. He is an
experienced executive who is passionate about sales and marketing.
Michael is responsible for client success and making sure the ATS TEAM has
the resources, tools and expertise to deliver winning results. Michael has
also been a force in building relationships with key strategic accounts. He
has driven ATS' growth as well as been instrumental in reshaping ATS’
mission from its origins as a digital communications company to a strategic
demand generation organization working as a marketing partner to some of the
best BTB technology marketers.
Mr. Flaherty has also held senior sales and management positions with Xerox
Corporation, Gartner, Hackett Group, Pandesic, and EMC Corporation.
Karen Reng
Demand Generation Content Manager
Karen is responsible for developing sales communications and writing
compelling web copy. Karen works with our clients to insure we are
delivering the best possible message. Karen's extended team has over 75
years of experience writing successful sales copy and driving above average
response rates.
Michael Edwards
Demand Generation Platform Engineer
Mike oversees the traditional IT/MIS functions, product development
initiatives, custom marketing solutions and marketing automation
implementations. Mike has extensive experience in various CRM and marketing
automation systems and has successfully architected/implemented solutions
for both ATS and ATS customers. He is responsible for the engine that powers ATS marketing
automation campaigns. Mike is also a seasoned (X)HTML programmer and is involved in
all phases of campaign execution. Mike provides technical support to our clients
and recommendations on e-marketing best practices from an application and
technology perspective.
Jackie Isaac
Account Manager
Jackie is responsible for managing client initiatives for lead marketing campaigns. She oversees multiple projects within a given timeframe; develops and maintains effective and achievable project plans. including specific deadlines and milestones; and completes projects that are within budget and meets
client requirements.
Jackie also manages the creative development, marketing communications, and final execution of client e-marketing campaigns.
Jackie Smith
Demand Generation Program Manager
Jackie's responsibilities include developing, implementing, measuring
and evaluating direct marketing and lead generation programs for ATS
clients. Jackie helps the team develop, manages, implements and evaluates
on-line lead generation programs. Linda also manages prospect databases by grooming and updating regularly, and creates closed loop tracking for all lead
generation programs.
Robert Lopez
Web Designer - Creative Services Team
Robert is a talented on-line Graphic Designer with successful experience
creating the right tone, look and feel for online marketing campaigns.
Robert operates best under pressure and enjoys collaborating with our clients to
produce communications that drive the desired responses.
Kiran Konathala
Database Engineer Kiran oversees all database activity and ensures that
the underlying infrastructure is in place to streamline how the ATS team
acquires, develops and maintains all marketing databases. His duties include:
